Biden Finally Admits He Doesn’t Consider Our Southern Border a Priority

Presidents have always had a funny way of prioritizing their schedules when they visit various states. There are tons of photo ops, and time to meet with local officials as a goodwill gesture. For President Biden though, his priorities are really out of touch with reality.

Visiting Arizona on December 6th, Biden obviously had an opportunity to visit some of the worst sections of the state if he should choose, but instead focused on other areas. He wanted to prioritize this trip just for the photo ops and the positive glad-handing as if he gave the real area of problems in Arizona attention, it would stop being talked about.

Thankfully Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Biden why he would bother to visit a southern border state and not even bother to visit the border. For a sitting President, and leader of the free world, it’s a fair question to ask and one that needed an answer. Good ‘ol bumbling Biden was more than happy to answer.

“Because there are more important things going on. They’re going to invest billions of dollars in a new enterprise.”

Let that sink in.

To the President of the United States, the idea of a company promising to bring jobs to the American workforce is more important than seeing first-hand the horrible conditions that plague the towns along the southern border of our country. It’s more important than having that photo op moment he treasures with the Border Patrol who put their lives on the line every day to keep our country free and try to stop the overrunning of illegals.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also made this visit impossible for Biden if he wanted to keep the Democrats happy. Last month, she decried Republican visits to the border as nothing more than grandstanding and political stunts. Never mind the goodwill these visits can bring the communities that are being ravaged by the influx of illegals.

Instead, the commander-in-chief elected that the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s pledge to add a second factory to AZ was more important. While the $40 billion they are forecasted to inject into the economy of Arizona is great for the state and provides a big boost to the country, it’s not everything.

What good is having this plant, these jobs, and this income if it’s not kept safe? Border Patrol reported 2,378,944 encounters in FY 2022, and another 600,000 “getaway” known illegals, who escaped detention. As such, the floodgates have been opened under his guise. With Title 42 ending at the end of December, things are only going to get worse as the thousands of illegals looking to claim “asylum” when caught prepare to rush the border.

As it stands, even conservative estimates claim that 4.5 million encounters have occurred since Biden took office, with millions being set free into the US.

Yet, Biden won’t come to see the damage he has not only allowed to happen but even encouraged through his actions or lack thereof. With FY23 just underway, there are already 137,000 estimated “getaways” and it will only get worse. By comparison, FY 21 only saw 389,155 reported incidents with “getaways.”

The Biden regime is destroying this great nation from the inside out. From the illegals to the economy to his foreign policy. He has been eroding this great nation from the inside out, and it only got worse once he was in the White House. The sooner he is gone, the sooner our southern border can be a priority for someone who understands the problem.
