Conservative star Candace Owens has been seeing a massive surge in popularity ever since the Daily Wire fired her for opposing war. Her independent podcast gets millions of views every week on YouTube and other channels. Candace has now earned a new badge of honor for stepping on people’s toes. The Australian government has canceled her visa to visit the country and banned her.

After the government decided to ban her visa application, which is supposed to be a private process for individuals, it also leaked the decision to the press.

Australian Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke told reporters, “Australia’s national interest is served when Candace Owens is somewhere else.”

Candace has traveled all over the world to places including China and Croatia, and she’s never been treated by another country this way. She is an extremely outspoken Christian, which seems to be the main reason why Australia wants to keep her away. The Home Minister called her both anti-Muslim and anti-Semitic because Candace has called for an end to the war between Israel and the Palestinians.

The Australian government is also angry with Candace because she criticized them so heavily during the COVID-19 pandemic. Australia set up concentration camps for the unvaccinated and suspended most people’s civil rights. The government shut businesses down for nearly a year in a series of draconian lockdowns. She called the Australian government “totalitarian” and suggested that troops should be sent in to liberate the people.

Candace had scheduled a speaking tour in Australia in the cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Some events were already sold out when she learned that the government had canceled her visa. Candace plans to file an appeal to the decision but if her battle with the government fails, ticket outlets have informed people that they’ll issue refunds.
