A German Court has ruled that members of the populist Alternatives for Deutschland (AfD) political party can be banned from owning personal firearms. We should pay attention to authoritarian and globalist efforts like this overseas because the AfD party is the closest thing that German voters have to a MAGA party. If Democrats in America thought they could get away with disarming American Trump supporters, they’d do it in a heartland.
The ruling was made by the 22nd Chamber of the Düsseldorf Administrative Court. The court ruled that AfD members engage in “anti-constitutional activities” and therefore can be bannedfrom firearm ownership under Germany’s already draconian gun laws.
Stop us if this next part sounds familiar. Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (the equivalent of our FBI) placed all party members of the AfD under suspicion of “undermining democracy.” Members of the AfD are routinely described as “far-right extremists” and “threats to democracy.”
The AfD is a German nationalist party, much like the America First movement in the US. It has become especially appealing to younger Germans who see that their future is being stolen from them by globalist policies. Some of the main ways that AfD engages in “extremist” or “anti-constitutional activities” is by speaking out against mass immigration into Germany and inflationary policies that make it impossible for young people to buy a house.
Holding those opinions in Germany has now been held to be grounds for denying AfD members the right to own a firearm for personal defense—the most basic human right that exists. This is how much the globalists hate any vocal opposition to their anti-freedom and anti-human policies.
We should definitely pay attention to what’s happening to the German people who support “Germany First” right now. Our enemies will do the same thing to America First patriots if Joe Biden somehow gets a second term in office.
