File this story under information that’s not surprising at all. The funding for the violent, pro-Palestinian insurrection that happened at congressional offices earlier this month has been traced back to none other than George Soros. Multiple police officers were injured in the attack that nearly cost us our democracy, and at least one Member of Congress had her life directly threatened by the insurrectionists.
The insurrection was organized by two organizations that pretended to be “Jewish.” The names of the orgs are IfNotNow and Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP). They showed up with their usual protest signs and bad haircuts. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) gave a fiery anti-Semitic speech that whipped the crowd into a violent frenzy before the attack. After she had incited the crowd to violence, they surged into the Cannon House Office Building en masse and took over the building. It was worse than a gazillion 9-11s.
IfNotNow claims to be an organization of Jewish members, and yet not of the main Jewish advocacy groups in the DC area seems to know who they are. Reporters for PJMedia failed to find any connections with IfNotNow and other Jewish groups. JVP doesn’t seem to be Jewish, either. It describes itself on its website as “an organization that is inspired by Jewish values and traditions to work towards peace and justice.”
That sounds about as Jewish as the time when Rep. George Santos (R-NY) was called out for describing his background as “Jew-ish.”
A reporter at Townhall did some digging, and it didn’t take long to figure out the truth about these fake Jewish organizations. Both have been financed by the America-hating, anti-capitalist ghoul George Soros.
Soros’s Open Society Foundations keeps a public database online that lists all of the financier’s investments in organizations that are designed to destabilize countries and crash their currencies. Soros is the proverbial fireman who moonlights as an arsonist.
Jewish Voice for Peace has engaged in a ‘human rights’ campaign and ‘social welfare activities’ in the Middle East for years, thanks to the generosity of the Open Society Foundations. Soros has poured $650,000 into the group for those activities—whatever they are. JVP also operates a 501c3 “non-profit” that Soros has also financed. He gave that organization, called Jewish Voice for Peace Action Incorporated, $200,000 in 2019 and another $150,000 in 2021. Back in 2017, Soros gave JVP a straight cash gift of $300,000.
Imagine what you could do with that kind of money to run a real non-profit that did some good in the world. Oh, well.
IfNotNow has also been a recipient of Soros’s firehose of cash. He gave that group $200,000 in 2019 and the same amount again in 2021. The purpose of those funds was to help IfNotNow advocate for the end of Israeli “occupation in the Middle East.” In plain English, the end of Israeli “occupation in the Middle East” would actually mean the end of Israel itself.
So, the October insurrection in Washington, DC, was not a grassroots uprising calling for an end to Israel. It was a fabricated, bought-and-paid-for event, courtesy of George Soros. Naturally, these insurrectionists have been treated completely differently from the January 6 mostly peaceful protesters. After Capitol Police arrested about 300 of the people who took over the House office building, they only cited them for local misdemeanors like trespassing. Not a single one of the protesters had their charges kicked up to the Department of Justice for federal crimes—despite them doing the exact same thing the January 6ers did.
As for George Soros, his continued meddling in American politics and our way of life is proof that we are not a serious empire. An empire that really meant business would have dealt with Soros a long time ago.
