Is there any crime that an illegal alien could commit that would lead Joe Biden to deport him or her? That’s a sincere question. After more than three years of having our southern border thrown wide open by the Biden regime, we’re still unaware of any crime that is so heinous that it would get an invader deported.
We may have finally found one, though!
As we all know, transgenders are the most holy, sacred, and protected people in American society right now because Joe Biden cares so much. So, if an illegal alien shoots a trans hooker right in the ol’ ding-a-ling, that will surely get him deported, right? Right?
In addition to lavish benefits, illegal aliens have recently had some amazing rights bestowed on them in sanctuary cities. For example, just this month, an Obama-appointed federal judge discovered a newfound right for illegal alien criminals to carry firearms under the Second Amendment.
Judge Sharon Coleman wrote in her decision, “The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores.”
Illegal aliens are now allowed to carry guns. That will end well!
It’s also perfectly fine for illegal aliens to kill police officers. That’s exactly what a Guatemalan illegal alien did in Florida when a sheriff’s officer was trying to arrest him. At his trial, defense attorneys convinced the judge that because Virgilio Aguilar Mendez doesn’t speak English, comes from a different cultural background, and is demonstrably an idiot, he shouldn’t face charges for killing a cop. He was released with time served.
So, illegal possession of firearms is “legal” for illegal aliens, and so is killing cops. No deportations for those crimes!
But what if an illegal alien were to commit a crime against another important Democrat constituency, such as a trans person?
An illegal alien from Venezuela who is a member of the notorious El Tren De Aragua drug and sex trafficking gang had been on a bit of a crime spree for the past few days. He had been arrested in Austin, TX, and prosecutors initially charged him with a bunch of crimes, including felonies for illegally possessing a gun and ammunition. But you know how that works out.
Two days later, this unidentified drug and sex trafficker from a foreign country was in Chicago. He pulled up to the curb in front of the Little Village nightclub, where a trans hooker was standing there minding her own business. He apparently knows at least two words in English because he said to the trans hooker, “Bad gay.”
Then he shot the poor lady right in her penis! He also shot her once in each leg.
Setting aside the horrific nature of this crime, you can’t help but admire what a feat of marksmanship, guesswork, and luck was involved with this. How did he even know which side she tucks her penis on? He could have totally missed it!
Anyway, that’s got to be the line, right? Joe Biden has to deport this guy for shooting a trans lady right in the Johnson, right?
Nope.
Police recovered a shell casing from the scene and have the shooting on surveillance video, including the guy’s license plate number. They also know exactly who he is because of his run-in with the Austin police two days earlier. But the cops can’t even arrest him because Cook County prosecutors are refusing to bring charges. The only witness to the crime—the trans hooker who got shot right in the ween—is refusing to testify against him.
