Senator Ben Cardin’s (D-MD) office was forced to release Aidan Maese-Czeropski on December 16th. This comes after a video of the staffer on all fours on a table in the Senate hearing room having gay sex was leaked by the Daily Caller on the 15th. In an eight-second clip, the act, location, and the staffer can be identified.
In the graphic video, there is little left to the imagination. However, the accused does not have his face clearly shown, something that, in a subsequent LinkedIn post, he pointed out just before he was let go.
“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda. While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated, and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters.”
Given the lack of information being put out about who was joining the staffer and the source of the leak being a rather secret group chat for openly gay politicians, he seems to be left wondering what could have happened. According to multiple comments on social media, Maese-Czeropski has never filmed such things, nor would he.
While the staffer will have his day in court for what transpired, it will be an uphill battle, and if comments are correct, this could be the nation’s first AI porn case. This fact alone is monumental, let alone the location of the clip and the fact that this area should have surveillance; it should be easy to prove or disprove the allegations.
